These materials were prepared exclusively by us and purposely for the NCA exams. The author, Manuel Akinshola, is a Barrister and Solicitor in Ontario. As a foreign-trained lawyer also, he went through the NCA process and passed all his exams at one sitting each. He has employed his success technique in the preparation of these notes.
